When the hell did Slytherin get rules. I mean, have we ever listened to rules, unless it was Rai telling us how to take over Hogwarts then i see no rules we listen to.

Sure, logic would point to me as the one based on age. Seeing as I'm the oldest. 
I highly doubt that any of us are that way. You just never know who might be lurking about, preying upon the innocent. Just look at what is shown on the news every night.
